Dashboards, calendar & booking rules

Switching dashboards

• Log in with your email and password.
• Use the link at the bottom of the menu to switch between the Customer dashboard and Creator dashboard.
• In the customer dashboard, Discover lets you search for creators and see the sessions, courses and products you’ve enrolled in.

Calendar

• Calendar shows the sessions and courses people have booked with you.
• Choose the time slots you offer, and exclude any dates you’re unavailable.

Booking rules (Settings)

• Time zone — set yours so slots show correctly.
• Booking window — how far ahead people can book (for example one or two months).
• Notice period — how many hours or days in advance a booking must be made.
• Buffer time — a gap between back-to-back sessions.
• Daily cap — the maximum number of sessions per day.
• Rescheduling — allow customers to reschedule.
