Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work for bookings made on Levrij.
Levrij facilitates bookings of services offered by independent Creators. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled. Each Creator may set a cancellation window for their service, which is shown on the booking page.
1. Rescheduling
Clients can reschedule a confirmed booking to another available slot up to 2 times, using the link in their confirmation. Rescheduling is free and does not change the amount paid.
2. Cancellation by the Client
- Within the cancellation window (e.g. 24/48/72 hours before the session, as set by the Creator): you are eligible for a full refund.
- Outside the cancellation window: the booking can be cancelled but may not be eligible for a refund, as the Creator has reserved the time.
3. Cancellation by the Creator
If a Creator cancels a confirmed session, the Client receives a full refund to the original payment method.
4. How refunds are processed
- Eligible refunds are initiated through our payment partner (Razorpay).
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
- The Levrij commission is also reversed on a full refund.
5. Failed or duplicate payments
If you were charged but your booking was not confirmed, or you were charged more than once for the same booking, the excess amount is refunded automatically. If you don't see it, contact us and we'll resolve it.
6. How to request a refund
Use the “Cancel” link on your booking confirmation, or email hi@slyko.tech with your booking details. We typically respond within 2 business days.
