This policy explains how we handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and applicable law. By using Levrij you consent to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone number, and profile details you provide.
• Booking data: the sessions you book or sell, schedule, and any message you add at checkout.
• Payment data: processed securely by Razorpay. We receive transaction metadata (amount, status, method) but never store full card numbers.
• Payout data (Creators): bank/UPI details you provide for settlements, stored encrypted at rest.
• Usage data: device, browser, and analytics events used to improve the Platform.

2. How we use your data

• To operate bookings, payments, scheduling, and calendar sync.
• To settle Creator earnings and generate invoices.
• To send transactional emails (confirmations, reminders, receipts).
• To provide support, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We share data only as needed to run the Platform, for example with our payment processor (Razorpay), email provider, calendar provider (where you connect it), and analytics tools. Between a Creator and their Client, relevant booking details are shared to deliver the session. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive fields (such as payout account numbers and calendar tokens). No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

5. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal/financial-record obligations, and resolve disputes.

6. Your rights

• Access, correct, or update your personal data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal retention.
• Withdraw consent for non-essential processing.
